2012 Program Schedule

*For all potlucks please bring food to share for 10-12 people.   Everyone to bring your own table service(plates, silverware, napkins) and your favorite beverage.

Jan25:  Meal will be catered by Sonny's.  Stokes Financial will sponsor.  Donna Moore will sing.  Ice tea provided, bring any other drinks desired.  Membership night.  Dues are $5 per person for 2012.

Feb:  Meeting cancelled due to room not available

Mar 28: Keith Manson--Pot Luck.  We will be collecting for the April Subway, price is $5/person. 

April 25: Scavenger hunt--Subway.  Bring your own drinks and your favorite cookies for dessert to share (only cookies).  We will be collecting for May KFC, price is TBD

May 23: The 500 race (Andy coordinating.)  Chicken baskets from KFC.  We will be collecting $5/person for pizza in June

June 27: IN Bridge--Pizza.  We will be collecting for the All American Night, price TBD

July 25: Bingo--All American night--hamburger/hot dogs, potato salad, and cole slaw--La Hacienda. 

August 22: Master Gardner -- Pot Luck.

September 26: Last time out--Pot luck.  We will be collecting for Panera, price TBD

 October 24: Me and my gang--Panera  

November 21: Thanksgiving potluck* with turkey and ham provided by the club.  Bring a wrapped gift of at least $10.00 to auction to support the Haven.   We will be collecting for the Christmas dinner.  No gag gifts please.

December 26: entertainment is TBD--catered dinner, undecided at this point
